How it works
Create cashier
Enter your salesperson’s information to generate a unique virtual account number they can use to collect payments. For in-store transactions, this account number is displayed on a table signage at the salesperson’s counter.
Receive and confirm payments
Your salespersons get instant email and WhatsApp notifications when they receive payments from customers. They won’t have access to the account balance, only to the payment details.
Monitor transactions
You, as a business owner, also get email notifications when customers pay. In addition, you can view transactions on your Pooler dashboard in real time.
Process settlement
At the end of the day, the total sales from each cashier will be settled into your Pooler account. You can also perform this process manually, whenever you want.
